for push-pressoring: 1 mg in 100 ml = 10 µg/ml (start with 2-5 ml= 20- 50 µg)
For drip (Perfusor©) e.g. 5 mg in 50 ml= 100 µg/ml

Perfusor: 8 µg/min – 80 µg/min = 0.1 – 1.0 µg/min/kg = 0.5 – 5.0 mg/h
