    0.5 mg IV for peri-arrest according to Scott Weingart

    20-50 µg Push Dose for bradycardia, shock, anaphylaxis etc (1 mg in 100 ml= 10 µg/ml)

    Perfusor 2-10 µg/min = 0.1- 0.6 mg/h = 0.025 – 0.15 µg/min/kg
